LATE CANCELLATION POLICY: Charter is allowed to be Canceled without refund if client is 30 min late or more. This is not our goal or intention but with tight schedules we cannot guarantee best service if client is very late. If agreed to go out by both parties in the fair terms agreed in the booking details we are more than happy to carry on with the trip! It always rains in Miami. Some rain is possible, but manageable. Rain is NOT a ground for cancellation. We will monitor the weather as we get closer to your scheduled departure and will update you. Your captain will decide if the conditions are safe to go out. If bad weather conditions occur, the departure date will be rescheduled. • If you agreed to go out, once the trip has started there will be no refunds or rescheduling.
