GetMyBoat customer reviews for boat rentals in Lake Norman.
The seats on the inside all had new upholstery, the captain was very knowledgeable and provided great background on all of the beautiful views he showed us on the way to the party of our lives. We all (11 guests) felt so very safe and enjoyed our time together and couldn’t ask for a better captain. Every time I need to go on Lake Norman, I will we asking here first. Thank you!!
We booked David for our bachelorette trip and he exceeded all expectations. He picked us up right from our dock, gave us a tour of the lake, and grilled us the best burgers for lunch. David is professional, knowledgeable, and an overall great time. We will be using him for all of our future trips to Lake Norman!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ David is seriously THE BEST! He was communicative and made sure we all had the most amazing time. He drove us around the lake and told us all the details about the big, gorgeous homes on the lake, which we absolutely loved! The floating mat came in clutch for the 12 of us to lounge on! The biggest perk was that David picked us up and dropped us off right at our AirBNB, which made sure there was no hassle in getting on the boat. 5/5 stars! Highly recommend!
Our Captain Jim was amazing! Heath (owner of the boat) was very responsive. My friends and I really enjoyed ourselves celebrating my birthday. There were tubing/floating options available to us and Jim was ready to assist us with any request we had. My friends and I will definitely be renting with them again!
Jon was super patient and kind with my friends and I. I would love having him again as my caption! He was very respectful and made sure we were all comfortable end had a great time. The communication prior to the trip was incredible with zero confusion. Would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to have a nice, fun, relaxing day on the lake!
First of all, Heath is fantastic. He shared lots of interesting tidbits about the lake, the homes, and the area. He is personable and he planned our day so that we had just the right amount of time to do what we wanted to do. The pontoon is new and well kept - even the floaties looked new. Everything about this experience was terrific - thanks, Heath!
