Cancellation Policy: 2.1 Cancellations made by the renter are subject to our cancellation policy, which may include cancellation fees depending on the notice period provided. 2.2 The renter acknowledges that refunds for cancellations may be subject to deductions for any transaction fees or administrative costs incurred by Company 3. Use of the Yacht: 3.1 The rented yacht is to be used solely for recreational purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. 3.2 The renter shall not sublease or transfer the yacht to any third party without the prior written consent of Company 3.3 The renter is responsible for any loss or damage to the yacht or its equipment caused by negligence or misuse during the rental period. 4. Safety and Security: 4.1 The renter agrees to comply with all safety instructions provided by our crew or designated captain. 4.2 The renter acknowledges and assumes all risks associated with the use of the yacht and agrees to indemnify Company from any liability arising from personal injury or property damage during the rental period. 6. Amendments: 6.1 We reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. 6.2 Any amendments to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 7. Governing Law: 7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. 7.2 Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be resolved through amicable negotiation between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
