Payment Policy for Eternal Tides Photography DBA Sailing Eternal Tides Hereinafter “sailboat operator”) 1. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total charter fee is required to secure the booking. 2. Payment: The balance of the charter fee is due seven days prior to the scheduled charter date. If payment is not received by the due date, the sailboat operator reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the non-refundable retainer of 50%. By booking a charter with the sailboat operator, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms of this retainer policy. Please review all FAQ's to ensure you understand all requirements prior to booking. Cancellation Policy for Sailing Eternal Tides Eternal Tides Hereinafter “sailboat operator”) 1. Non-Refundable Retainer: A non-refundable retainer of 50% of the total charter fee is required to secure the booking. 2. Cancellation by Client: If the client cancels the booking greater than 4 days before the reservation date, the non-refundable retainer of 50% will be held by the sailboat operator. No additional payment will be required. If the reservation is cancelled 3 days or less prior to the reservation, you will forfeit the entire cost of the reservation. 3. Cancellation due to Bad Weather: If the sailboat operator cancels the booking due to bad weather, the non-refundable retainer of 50% and any additional payment made by the client will be refunded in full. 4. Rescheduling: If the client wishes to reschedule the booking the sailboat operator will work with the client to find an alternate date for the charter, subject to availability. If an alternative date is available, the retainer will be moved to a new date upon completion of a rescheduling agreement. If no available date is available, the retainer is forfeited. No additional fees will be charged for rescheduling. 5. Payment: The balance of the charter fee is due seven days prior to the scheduled charter date.
