A credit card will be kept on file for damages (Damaged prop = up to $175.00)  JET SKI RENTALS TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. Lessee is at least 18 years of age and possesses a valid driver’s license which that must be presented  prior to renting. Lessee will operate the watercraft at all times in not less than two feet of water. Lessee will not operate the watercraft within 150 feet of another watercraft, boat, dock, swimmer, or other object with the stop switch lanyard attached to the vehicle. 2. Lessee acknowledges that they shall not operate the watercraft following another water vehicle, approaching another vehicle, or abreast of another vehicle with less than 100 feet separating the two. Failure to do so will cause a collision and termination of rental without refund. Five Hundred/One Thousand Dollar ($500/$1,000) damage deposit required for some personal watercraft and boat rentals / ($1,000.00) Dollar damage deposit required per boat. 3. Lessee agrees, in addition to rental fees, to pay for all damages to the machine and for lost or broken parts, at retail prices, plus labor charges at the rate of $50.00 per hour, plus a transportation charge of $45.00 per trip. A call out fee of $50.00 applies to repairs made during rental time. A $500.00 damage deposit is required per unit. The $500.00 damage deposit will be used to satisfy these charges. If damage to the unit appears to be greater than $500.00, then further payment arrangements must be made, or another credit card imprint made, before departing the beach on the day of the accident. 4. Lessee understands that should damage be incurred, wherein Lessee was, at fault or associated with the person causing damage, in addition to damage charges, there will be no redemption of rental frees for unused time. 5. Lessee agrees that we find damage during rental time or once the Lessee returns the watercraft, a Sheriff’s report may be required, and in which case the Lessee is required to stay at the scene of the accident until such report is completed. 6. In the event damage occurs, Lessee is responsible for the amount of time said equipment is unable to be rented (maximum charge of three days’ rental fees at $325.00 per day rent). 7. Lessee is sufficiently informed, by experience, education, or otherwise, as to the proper and safe use of watercraft and of water safety rules. 8. Lessor is not the manufacturer of the equipment and has not made and does not make any representation, warranty, or covenant, express or implied, as to the condition, durability, or suitability of the equipment for the Lessor’s use of purpose. 9. Lessor shall not be liable to Lessee for any liability, loss, or damage caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by the equipment, by inadequacy thereof, or defect therein, or by incident therewith. 10. Lessor maintains no control over Lessee’s use of equipment. Therefore, Lessee shall indemnify Lessor, and its agents and employees against all claims, actions, proceedings, damages and liabilities, and injuries or causes of action of any type, arising from or in connection with Lessee’s possession, use, or operation of watercraft. 11. In the event that damage occurs and Lessor must procure an attorney to redeem money owed, the attorney fees will be added to the outstanding balance. 12. Lessor has the right to add the maximum interest allowed by law on any debts not satisfied within 30 days.  Waverunner Requirements: All renters/drivers must be 18 or older with valid photo ID and credit card. Parents or guardians must sign for all passengers under 18 years of age. Passengers under 18 must have a parent or guardian present during rental usage. Passengers must be at least 44" tall. Rentals are inspected before and after rental period. Renter(s) is/are responsible for all or any damage, repair and labor costs. All renters and passengers must sign a rental agreement, release of liability, and waiver forms. We reserves the right to deny rentals to persons not qualified or experienced enough for certain rentals. Reservation deposit required to ensure comprehension of safety instructions per our insurance requirements.
