Boat trip was great. Communication is really bad, had to send multiple messages to get a response. Everything went downhill when I had left my glasses behind, I said I had left them in the boat and they said they didn't find anything. Couple days later once I left Ibiza they said they had found them and they would send them VIA mail. A month has passed and no glasses. They keep giving excuses about why they haven't send them. It's really frustrating, my family and I were really respectful and tipped nicely and at this point I feel scammed. If you book with them please make sure you take all your things unless you never want to see them again.
