A captain is mandatory if you are not an experienced boater with a license/certificate. ***Fuel Policy --- Fuel = $2.50 per gallon. 50 Gal Tank = 100% on the digital reader. Therefore, each Gal of fuel used is 2%. Example: If you take the boat at 80% fuel and bring it back at 76% fuel you have consumed 4% of fuel (2 Gal) and will pay $5.00 for fuel. *****
