The address that was given to us my Carmen was a parking lot. I had to text Carmen several time to figure out what we were suppose to do. Finally, she told us to sit in the freaking parking lot and the owners would call us. That information should have been given to me beforehand. Our time was 11:00-12:00. We didn't get on the water until around 1pm. Our whole day was off because of it. We eventually got on the water and they accommodated the time but that's not the issues it's the principle.
