Deposit: - €250 EUR Trips: Mostly we make downwinders along the east coast. On the way you can come eye to eye with turtles, dolfins, tuna fish etc. Downwind all the way up to 30 km, nonstop over the reef in the amazing waves of Zanzibar. • Kitesurf Downwinder (half day): Experienced kiters can go deep in the waves, whilst the less experienced ones stay inside the reef, depending on the group we have a rescue boat following. Price: €25 EUR (minimum 3 people) • Mnemba kite trip (whole day): Transfer to the North, have a drink, prepair the kites, kite to the reef, follow the reef downwind, cross the canal, to the reef break around Mnemba (amazing waves) and surf in the most blue water ever!, Follow the reef around the island, go back to the reef along the coast, surf back to a relaxed place where we have lunch, after lunch time to kite on the spot, transfer back. Price: €55 EUR (minimum 4 people) • Kitesurf safari Blue (whole day): Transfer to the boat, sail with a traditional dhow to the sandbanks, kite around the sandbank, have amazing seafood lunch, kitesurf session, return with the boat, or kite to the shore, transfer back. FAQs: • What is the best time to come to ZNZ? Zanzibar is a good place to visit all year round. • How far out is the reef? The reef is approx 1-2 km away from the beach, depending on the spot, more north it's getting closer. • How are the conditions? The conditions are normally perfect during the season. • I want to bring my own gear, what do I need? The most used sizes are 9 & 12 metres, in combination with a 135 board for a 75 kg person. • Can I just rent kite gear? To rent kite surf gear you need to know how to stay upwind (come back at the same point where you started). Or you have attended a full kite boarding course from one of our instructors or a refresher course, so we know your skills. Malaria: - On the island there is Malaria, so if you come for a short visit or visit also the mainland, don't hesitate to take your pills.
