COURSES and STAND UP PADDLE in BALLADES Called SUP, this practice came from Polynesia, the slides can address any other way. Standing on a very stable board with a paddle, we offer rides stand up on a calm lake or little agitated, safely. Coaching and teaching is provided by holders monitors state certificate. ACTIVITY Accessible from 9 years, with the guidance of an instructor, you will learn to master the balance standing to row, to change direction. 2 possible options: Peaceful walks to discover the beautiful landscapes (the famous twins of Hendaye ..) and relax in nature; a calm and soothing ballad. Improvement in the waves. SUP is accessible to all, novices and advanced. The SUP involves all postural muscles and strengthens the abdominal belt. The courses consist of 4 students maximum (initiation or internship) which 2H 1:30 in water The ballads are composed of a maximum of 8 students per 1 2H monitor with 1:30 in water Paddle fit (yoga on paddle) The SUP Yoga is done with a large plank on a flat water, this session will give you new sensations. The SUP Yoga consists of a few stretching postures while working parts of our body in the middle of a ballad.
